2000 Toyota Corolla Ascent review from Australia and New Zealand
"Sadly our last"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
A fairly loud rattle would occur from the suspension at the front left side. Numerous calls to Toyota with promises of been called back, 4 years and 2 more cars later, no one called. Toyota even knew about it. Other than that the car was excellent, if it wasn't for the annoying rattle the car would still be owned, we just had to get rid of it.
General comments?
We've owned 4 Toyota's in a row and this is our last, after being treated like they didn't care Toyota has lost our business (not that they'll notice it in sales)
The car performed well, it could take to the hill's in 5th gear and could do 120kmh with ease.
Never got to notice how the car steered, the noise was fairly distracting.
