2005 Toyota Corolla CE "C" Package review from North America
"Nice small car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Replaced front tires at 42000km.
Vibrations from the rear deck, when heavy base and sometimes certain bumps will make it vibrate, stuck some foam in-between then rear window and the deck seems to have helped.
Recently have been getting a rattling/vibration coming from the front dash/window area.
Nothing major.
General comments?
It's a great small car, it has never left me stranded.
I have found that there is not enough leg room in the front for me, but I’m 6'4", the seat took a long time to find a good position because of the angle/height adjuster the seats are very comfortable once you find a good position.
There is no switch to turn on the interior light on other than using the dash knob dimmer, I noticed on a 2007 corolla they have now put a switch up on the light.
The car is surprisingly quick if you’re not afraid to push it, fun to drive and rides nice.
The paint seems to chip some what easy.
Gas mileage is pretty good I get around 6.5L/100km. or about 36 Miles per US gallon on mostly highway with a little city driving.
