1980 Toyota Cressida L review from South Africa
"Great car!!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Water pipe to radiator replaced.
Alternator rebuild.
General comments?
One of the best cars ever build.
It is a reliable and good quality car. I never stood beside the road stranded with this car. It's got good acceleration, but not a great top speed +/- 160km/h. The interior still looks new and the car is very conferrable. It is a gas guzzler around 6-7km/L.
The car is still completely original, the engine never been opened, no oil leaks. Braking is fairly good (front disk brakes). I love driving this car, it's got a good sounding engine and the auto box is superb. Great for a 20- year old car!!
