2005 Toyota Kijang Innova G review from Indonesia
"MPV for global market"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Fuel consumption is high. It consumes 1 litre fuel for 8 km (city with A/C on).
General comments?
Toyota Kijang Innova (known as Toyota Innova in other countries) is a part of Toyota's global manufacturing initiatives.
It is manufactured in Indonesia and is exported to other countries.
In Indonesia, Toyota produces Innova and Avanza for global market. In Thailand, they produce Vios, Altis and other sedans and SUVs.
I like this MPV as it is revolutionary very different from the previous model.
I had been waiting for maybe over 5 years as the previous Kijang model was really outdated. It had been in the market for more than 8 years without any major changes.
