1989 Toyota MR2 review from UK and Ireland
"I love it it's a drivers car, but not for inexperienced drivers"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Slave cylinder on the clutch failed 1 day after purchasing.
It cost me £40 for a new cylinder and an hour to fit.
General comments?
The mark 1 is the most fun car out of them all lighter more nimble and better looking they also handle better than the mark2.
You can upgrade the speaker components if you want to hear better quality sound without damaging any of the interior.
One fault with the japanese cars that is parts are expensive, but being a car machanic it dosent affect me.
To keep this bombproof engine running keep on top of services and keep ur timing belt up to date.
