1979 Toyota Pickup 4x4 shortbed pickup review from North America
"Very Reliable and Very Strong"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Power steering pump leaked, but was easily fixed.
Second gear went out in my first transmission (it had 400,000 miles on it!)
Starter
I also replaced the carburetor with a weber downdraft. It was the best thing I ever did.
General comments?
This truck can take anything you can throw at it. In all honesty, this truck is one of the most reliable I have ever encountered. Ever.
