1994 Toyota Pickup review from North America
"A tank of gas last me from two to two and a half weeks"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Water pump shot at 86,000.
Driver's Seat belt return spring broke at 88,000.
At 108,595 the Timing chain jumped.
At 111,892 the Air Conditioning went hot.
General comments?
At 108000 I had to replace the Timing Chain. At this point I decided it was time to replace the Spark Plugs, Ignition cover and wires (though they were still in good condition). I had the Head refurbished since the timing chain caused three valves to bend.
The Water pump went out at 86,000 mile The thermostat was also replaced with the water pump.
With the Air conditioning gone hot I decided to change to r134.
The seat belt I have not replaced, but I still wear it.
