1991 Toyota Pickup review from North America
"Toughest truck you will ever buy, get the 4cylinder!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Did full front brake job when I got the truck at 190,000km
Changed an alternator, around 210,000km (after I drove the truck through water almost up to the windshield)
Changed a rad, around 215,000km (after a log punctured the original)
Changing Head gasket as I write this,
361,000km.
General comments?
I BEAT... no sorry I ABUSE this truck. It has over 360,000km, original motor, original drive train, even factory original clutch (had the dealer tell me this).
This truck will not die!
Most reliable vehicle I know of!
I wouldn't hesitate buying another even with really high mileage on it.
Good Job Toyota!
