1991 Toyota Previa LE 4WD review from North America
"Well balanced, good handling ride"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Since owning this van I have put new McPherson struts, valve cover gasket, points, plugs, distributor, brakes, tires,
muffler, CD stereo, and changed all the fluids.
I will spend some money on bodywork and paint. The driver seat cushion will be replaced too because it is worn on the side. I would like better fuel economy.
I'm getting 16L/100klm.
General comments?
Overall, I really love this van. It's 4WD gives good traction and I feel confident in various driving conditions. The mid- engine position contributes to superb handling. The rear seats split and fold up to the side which is very convenient. The styling is funky. Well maintained Toyotas are long lasting so I plan on getting 1/2 million kilometers out of this van.
