1999 Toyota RAV4 GX 5 door review from UK and Ireland
"A good compromise between off-road and on"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Zero.
General comments?
Faster than you'd think. Road holding a bit vague.
Pity the rear door opens sideways instead of up.
ABS works well.
Not easy to get long loads in ie. planks of wood etc. No cover for the boot area. This is quite a security risk.
Spare keys cost £50 and the remote £110!
Delivers 30mpg unless driven very hard, which is good for this type of vehicle.
