1979 Toyota Supra review from North America
"The best car I have ever had."
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Headgasket leaks due to overheating.
General comments?
An original aggressive style, with quick acceleration and performance. It has all the toys; great brakes, handling, good ride and traction. Even with weak struts, the strong engine torque lets you stay longer in the higher gears, and the solid rear axle lets you carry heavy luggage. It has the best instrumental panel, and a convenient hatch area, but it has small rear seats.
