"Its gets very good gas mileage"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The drivers side seat needs to upholstered.

The timing belt needed to be changed.

It needs a new paint job.

It needs new tires.

General comments?

This car is good for a person that is just starting to drive.

It has lasted a long for having almost 170000 miles on it.

If they made a newer version of this car I would buy it.

Hey man, stick with the car. I have owned 3 tercels and all have been very good cars. my current car is a 91 tercel base model with 180,000 miles. everything is working great even after many new and aftermarket performance parts. my car before this one was a 86 and it had 220,000 miles and still was running like new. keep the car and if it dies try to get what failed fixed. most new cars are not this well built.

I just bought a 1992 Toyota Tercel. I bought it out of a junk yard for $400.

The interior needs a little work because the seats are ripped.

The body is in really good shape with just a few small dents.

The only thing that needed to be changed was the oil. The car has 154,245 miles on it and is still running great.

I recommend this car to anyone who wants something that will go for awhile.
