1999 Toyota Tercel CE review from North America
"Very reliable"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
A broken drivers side door handle, the usual wear and tear, two minor brake jobs at 100,000 kms, other wise all original.
General comments?
Very good on gas quite peppy on the highway has decent power for passing, the best thing I could say about the tercel is its very reliable, 240000kms on mostly mountainous roads in british columbia and I have never had a problem, it does tend to wander a bit at high speeds, but that's expected for a light car, well worth the money.
