1986 Toyota Tercel 4 Cyl. review from North America
"Very reliable and long lasting"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Very great car. Replaced Clutch at about 220,000. Would not do it again (Would make a shop do it). Very difficult to get the transmission back in because it was in a very tight fit space. It needs new piston rings. Wheels make a weird noise at about 40 mph. But I just ignore the sound and it drives fine. Seats ripped a little, so I use seat covers.
General comments?
Would buy another if I had a change.
Very reliable.
Could last a lot longer.
