1998 TVR Chimaera review from UK and Ireland
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Mainly minor/cosmetic. Trim coming away. Few interior bits fallen off. Fuses blow fairly regularly. But can't really complain given that it is handbuilt.
General comments?
An outstanding car that fulfills most mens' (and womens') desires! Performance is a 9 only because they make even faster models. There is no better car on a Summer's day (in my opinion). But, please, if you want a safe, dependable sports car, go and buy some faceless German model (I can't suggest which one as they're all the same to me).
