2001 Vauxhall Vectra CDX review from UK and Ireland
"Used bargain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Nothing of any note at all - if it is anything like the Cavalier I owned it should keep going for another 10 years without problem.
Fault showing on the alarm system -
cleared by the dealer and has been OK since.
General comments?
Excellent balance between performance and economy.
Handling is good - wide tyres keep it on track, but has a tendency to tram-line on poor road surfaces.
Solid feel to the trim and switchgear.
Excellent seats - height and lumbar support on both front seats.
All the equipment you will ever need - cruise control is absolute must. The only thing missing is the leather!
