1999 Volkswagen Beetle GLS review from North America
"I'm afraid to find out if I bought a lemon"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Cracked Serpentine Belt at 33k.
Replaced tires/breaks/rota-rs at 30k.
Trunk Latch won't open with key release.
Doesn't exactly run smoothly when
stopping and I don't know why.
General comments?
I bought this car because my old car.
Was giving me a lot of grief. I have a.
Lot of friends who love their Beetles.
And said that they have only had minor.
Problems with them. I still have 50k.
Left on my warranty, so that helps. I.
Always thought Volkswagens's were good
vehicles but after reading this site
I'm afraid.
To see what my vehicle will do.
