Have had to change out oxygen sensors at least twice.
Have had to have the steering wheel and side airbags replaced - not sure if they were operable or not, but the CHECK AIRBAGS light came on constantly.
Had to have motor/pump assembly for top replaced. On many occasions had to undo hydraulics so I could put the top up manually.
Automatic door-lock remotes died - dealer said that could be a big deal to fix, so we haven't done that yet.
Windows have a mind of their own. Dealer mechanic said you had to "teach" them before they would work properly.
Seems to burn oil - not sure what is up with that.
Leather holding up OK, but there are some cracks to it.
Clothes hook fell off.
Rubber texture on inside door pull wore off - quite ugly.
I was offered an extended warranty when I bought the car used at 30K miles - thank God I took it (I started not to). Very smart move if you think about buying one of these. The dealers seem quite pissed off when they have to eat the bill rather than charging me!!!
Well you may think the dealers seem "pissed", but they're not.
They get paid for the work by the warranty underwriters.
Why do you all seem to think the worst about dealers?
