1992 Volkswagen Corrado G60 review from UK and Ireland
"A high performance beast"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Electric window controller went at around 80k
Electric mirrors failed at around 85k
Back box an mid section of exhaust replaced at 80k, very expensive.
General comments?
The car is fast with ranging performance. Its not that quick off the line, but once it develops revs. it really motors. In a different league to your average hot hatch, even by todays standards. It handles very well, but you must use decent tyres. Its very solid and despite being 10years old, I still get lots of looks and people often comment on the car. Why haveny VW produced something like this recently? The gold is dead by comparison!!!
