"Volkswagon - Never again!"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Break light switch out at 1063 miles (almost rear-ended on numerous occasions until I was informed my another driver (who didn't flip me off) informed me that my brake lights were out).
Automatic windows (falling)

- Driver Front Windows @ 29714.
Paint peeling on console @ 10639 miles.
Warped glovebox lid @ 10639 miles.
Right rear tweeter blown @ 12516 miles.
Plastic piece fell out of sunroof @ 12516 miles.
Rear door latch cable replaced @ 20193 miles.
Finish around ashtray peeling @ 30062 miles (repair denied)
Finish on cubby hole above radio is peeling @ 30062 miles (repair denied)
General comments?
Constant problems with automatic windows. Hopefully this has been resolved since plastic clips were finally replaced with metal clips.
Constant problem with beeswax leaking from doors. Not a good idea for Phoenix.
Finish throughout the interior is peeling (rubberized coating) - not a good idea in Phoenix which seriously devalues the car. Dealership, extended warranty and Wolkswagen of America refuse to fix the problem. Peeling interior finish does NOT equal PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP!
