"Mechanical Dream - Electrical Nightmare"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
All the following since I've owned the car (33K miles) :
MAF failed.
Glow plugs failed.
Intake manifold clogged, needed cleaning.
Coolant temp sensor failed.
Window switch failed.
Window regulator broke (window fell into door).
Relay 109 (main engine power relay) failed.
Starter and battery replaced.
Mirror heaters burned out.
Headlight burned out.
Door lock/unlock feature operates intermittently.
Plastic engine lower cover shredded.
General comments?
Car handles well.
Car gets excellent fuel economy.
Little required scheduled maintenance.
Unscheduled maintenance overwhelming (see previous list).
