1996 Volkswagen Jetta GLS review from North America
"Engineered beautifully"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
During the short time I have owned my Jetta III I have grown to love it despite having to spend more on parts to repair it. Parts such as, timeing tensioner ect..
Window regulator
performance tires
cruise control.
General comments?
The previous owner kept the car in MINT condition. Everything on the car except for the cruise control was like new. Even better than that the car came with an aftermarket performance cat-back exhuast, which I just replaced with a
2 1/2 pipe,
magnaflow muffler
twin 18" chrome slant cut tips
and rims and tires, motegie R7.
Also for the life of the car only Royal Purple oil has been used which I can tell helps on the performance end. I really love this car.
