Seats have become warn.
Driver Seat has begun to push through the floor.
Front window leaks.
Rear hatch has become leaky and rotten.
In 2001 I put a AEG (2.0ltr) in the car with a hydrolic head.
I also put a 5 speed transmission from a 1984 Jetta in it. A 7A trasmission.
I blew up 10 clutches in 3 years, once the flywheel came of inside the transmission. That one was my fault.
The upgrade is worth it.
10 clutches in 3 years? You're not racing that poor old car are you? Either that or some terrible transmission problem.
