1984 Volkswagen Santana GX5 review from Belgium
"A super car"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
The horn broke at 195000.
The carburetor broke at 199000.
General comments?
A great car!
For it's age it had everything:
A servo steering wheel.
An economic gear, that's why the
running costs were so low.
Comfortable seats.
A fast family car: (210km/h)
And of course, almost no rust due to high quality German steel.
And an excellent engine (115bhp), I think that's the result of German engineering.
