"When you buy a used 960 you get a lot of car for the money"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Installed new nissens radiator when purchased. $165.

Door panel glue causes the material to wrinkle.

Driver seat bolster reupholstered $75-normal wear.

Timing belt, serpentine belt replaced $60.

General comments?

I bought this car for $3000 and so far it's been very dependable and comfortable. The straight 6cyl has more than enough power. The transmission shifts firm and has a sport, winter, economy mode. The interior is very comfortable. The seats are like lazy boy recliners. The car rides nice on the interstate @85+mph. I can't rate the dealer support because I will not deal with them. For the cost of getting a code read you can buy your own scan tool at walmart for $98. This volvo hasn't had any problems with that but my VW did. If you have a little common sense and the ability to maintain a used vehicle, the 960 is great and you can pick them up for 3k and under.

Why abuse a generous offer from an auto parts store? There are very few free car services, so why be a jerk about it. I recommend NOT showing up one minute before closing, but during regular hours.

Did he say anything about abusing the service? Gah, settle down.

Read before you post. I stated that instead of paying a dealer to get a code read when the check engine light goes on,buy your own code reader at walmart for $98. I don't expect to get something for nothing that's why I bought my own.
