1998 Volvo C70 HPT Coupe review from North America
"Too many problems for used volvos"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Several light bulbs burned out, (typical volvo),factory brakes warped,
heater core replaced, a/c condenser replaced, paint flaking off, idle rough even after 50k DEALER service, service expense OUTRAGEOUS, very little dealer support.
General comments?
A great looking, rare sports car. Be cautious:unless you are Bill gates, buy the extended warranty. This is a great driving, fun car if kept to factory maintainence schedule. Excellent stereo and all the safety of a volvo.
Great handling, terrible in snow.
I would recommend snow tires for winter driving.
