"I wanted a sporty luxury wagon, but got the most expensive mistake of my life"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Discovered rear brake caliper broken while changing brake pads.

Front anti sway D (sort of (stupid aluminum things) ) bushings worn out at 130000kms.

Front ball joints worn at 120000.

Stitching broken in leather seats.

Fuel pump broken at 125000.

Air conditioner currently requires new bearings in pump.

ECU glitch where TPS does not read closed at idle that requires shutting car off off and restarting every week or two.

General comments?

Way too many things have gone wrong with this car for how much it's worth.

That's a shame because when it is all working it drives really nicely.

The car has enough power to satisfy all, but the power hungry.

It handles quite well for a standard car, but understeers quite badly briefly

before 4 wheel sliding when pushed into corners hard.

The seats don't have enough lateral support for how hard you can push it in the hills.

If you're pushing your car into four wheel slides then it's quite realistic to expect suspension wear at 80,000+ miles (130,000km).
