1998 Volvo V70 R AWD review from North America
"Fun but fragile"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
Small crack in radiator overflow vessel, hard to find!
Rear drive shaft failed. $2000.
Have replaced brakes all the way around.
Two sets of new tires.
Multiple replacements of front suspension components.
Oil leaks at the turbo seal.
ABS/TRAC computer replacement.
General comments?
Drives beautifully.
Faster than anyone expects.
Encourages hooliganism, feels better the faster you go.
Hauls four people, kayaks, and camping gear.
