2000 Volvo V70 xc cross country review from North America
"Safe comfy car, but to expensive to maintain"
What things have gone wrong with the car?
First the throttle body, major issue, part cost almost $600, had to buy 1 on ebay for about $239, had a friend put it in for $150, and had to be towed to dealer for $100, the dealer wanted $169 to reprogram it. The ABS control unit is also malfuncting. Had to change tires, and all the brakes.
General comments?
Car is nice and roomy, comfortable, and most important very safe in case of an accident. I also added a hid kit for driving at night, and privacy tint. I made the car dual exhaust, and am planning to put a spolier on and a ecu upgrade with intake for added horsepower.
