Had to replace:
The engine.
2 batteries.
Water pump.
2 rear axles.
Front brakes.
2 alternator's.
Countless tires.
Windshield leaks.
Driver's window arm broke.
Both door handles broke.
I will never buy a Ford again!!!
It sounds like the car has a lot of miles on it, to need so much maintance. Or the car has been misused by the owner or previous owners. If you treat your car with care you will be impressed with the thunderbird.
