Nothing has gone with this beautiful car.
I need to get the car clear coated and it is going to look like the day it drove out of the showroom.
I got the car just recently for 3,000. The brand new engine has 4,000 miles on it.
I love the car to death and I'm glad I went with the Camaro instead of Mustang. The 305 will crap on a newer stock Mustang.
Everything about this car is great and it's the smoothest shifting vehicle I have drove.
I fell in love with this car the moment I saw it, and then I became obsessed with it the moment I drove it.
Thank god I got this car from a great GM mechanic who knew the service manual front to back. The car is all stock and sounds great.
The 305 is a weak motor. My buddy has an 88 Mustang with the 302 and he kept right up with a 96 Camaro with the ls1 all the way through 3rd gear till he finally got him. The only thing you are going to beat with your car is a similar generation four banger Mustang. Do yourself a favor and swap you motor for a 350.
305 = 4cyl Mustang; you are dreaming. The 305 is not Chevy's best engine, though it is better than a 307.. I'd put in a small journal 327 from an early 60's Chevy. A Mustang won't be able to touch you then.
