trunk release jammed and would not open trunk properly.
rear hatch shelf broke which had to be replaced.
Hand-brake cable stretched resulting in replacement as the hand-brake didn't apply properly.
Glove compartment lock fell out on first turn. Had to be replaced.
Air conditioning ventilation knob didn't work properly.
Back wind-screen jet sprayer non-functional. Had to be replaced.
Very poor build quality, which is a shame because it's actually a nice car when it works.
Performance is okay, but the previous generation Eclipse GSX is much better.
So you would rather have a turbo that would cost a lot of money when it goes out? Did you know that stock V6 is faster that stock 2nd generation turbo?
Well, I don't think the GT is faster than GST/GSX, but it is very close, and I do agree on replacing a turbo. One turbo will run you $1000+ by the way. That was the reason why I bought a 3G Eclipse. :)
