"Good, comfortable and save petrol"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing goes wrong, pretty comfortable.

General comments?

Value MONEY to buy Proton SAVVY, outside looks small, but inner space really comparable to a Perodua MYVI.

The SAVVY gear box origin from manual transmission, but Proton added new technologies of Auto transmission become both transmission available for end user use.

While we are driving, either we can play manual or auto transmission.

Although it is a bit not smooth while changing 1st gear to 2nd as compare to fully auto transmission, but it is still justify to choose for it.

My SAVVY

- Really provide us safe money for petrol

- Very powerful engine even the transmission already enter into final gear.

- Very stable while cornering and over taking.

- Very good handling for steering, no feel vibrate on the road drove

- Minimum maintenance fee, the service only conducted every 10,000KM usage mileage.

SAVVY really quite comfortable among small displacement cars in Malaysia.

The SAVVY that I have now is belong to my wife. Myself I own a Toyota Camry, latest model.

To me, the SAVVY worth buying as compared among small displacement car in Malaysia. Suitable for lowest income family usage.

My personal experience, SAVVY was safer as compared among small displacement car in Malaysia.

If your don't trust me, you can go to take one SAVVY and try for your own.

You sure you're not a proton salesman? We all know the quality of proton "sawi". The lining leaks in heavy rain, the air conditioning is patchy at best and the power steering cannot match that of the hyundai getz. What value for money are you talking about?

Now the word terrible price increase for car petrol, better go and get smaller displacement for daily usage.

Proton Savvy is classify as lowest petrol consumption, no other brand car are comparable with Savvy.

Pls go to this link, Indonesia people feedback on Savvy crossed the flood condition.

I disagree as per earlier comment:

1) Rain leaks. This is only happen to Gen 2.Savvy passes a tough stringent test from TUV, Germany. (just like Sirim approved).

2) Savvy is not for lowest income group. Sounds like buying a car has 'kasta' or low standard level. A better phrase should be as a 2nd car, city car, etc. Some even buy because of fuel efficiency. Even, some because of the TUV approved and AMT technology.

I owned Savvy, no problem, only wear and tear like tires, belts, re service aircond etc... It looks weird than Myvi but I bought because of it's handling suits Malaysian winding road. Less body roll compared to big car.

Am thinking to buy the standard AMT model.. any idea if there'll be extra cash discount on top of the promo as advertised in paper now?

Thanks..
