Hi! I was wondering if you replaced the power antenna yourself. If you did, how did you get to the antenna to remove it? I have recently bought a 1991 Caprice with 42,000 miles on it and the only thing that does not work is the power antenna. Any help would be appreciated.
Just wondering how you do your MPG calculations- are they estimates or calculated from trip miles divided by gallons filled? Really 35MPG highway?
35 MPG is true, once you drive a caprice/roadmaster/impala, you'll understand that the 350 is the best.
My son's 1991 classic will pull off 34-36 mpg imp gal on trips of 250 to 450 mile range. load the car up and pull a 1200lb trailer at 75+mph and you get 15 - 18 mpg imp. real nice car.
