I agree with you, that Acura Customer service at Terrace Gate and Acura North in Toronto was extremely awful. I had brought my car in for repairs one day, and they set my alarm off (which was in valet mode). After calling me to pick up my car, the reception TOOK my payment, and my car was MISSING. No one knew where it was. That's when they found my car with the windows down, and the battery disconnected in the back. That is only end start. To make a long story short, I was greatly hurt by their attitude. I got the impression that Acura thinks, "Buy the car, spend the $$, get LOST"
