"Check Engine" light comes on occasionally, but it runs fine. I think this may be the oxygen sensor screaming for replacement.
This truck is bulletproof! I plan on driving it 200K plus.
I have a 1995 Nissan pickup REG cab. I love it. I got rid of a 1988 Acura and got the Nissan. Acura can taking a flying leap! 1 major part for the Acura would make a truck payment.
I have a 1995 Nissan king cab V6 and its fast, I've have it a year and I have 70,000 on the clock and I just did some upgrades-Turbo, intercooler, cat-back, bigger injetectors, heavy duty valves, changed the crank. Now I'm keepin up with a Mustang GT hows that for a peppy truck.
I own a 1995 Nissan King Cab with 145K--55K of which are my own. As was mentioned above the 'check engine' light has come on once and the throwout bearing is making a little noise on cold mornings; other than that it continues to run and perform really well. Recently I replaced some worn out shocks with the Bilstein 5100 series--WOW, even if you just replaced your shocks replace them again with these--they're incredible on and off the road.
