"A beautiful, sexy, comfortable, sweet handling ride"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Transmiton rebuilt once, hard shifting from 1st to second.

Engine computer replaced.

Mass air flow sensor.

Multifunction switch.

Ignition switch.

Interior window button light.

Gas lid button out.

Trunk lid tail lights out.. 245.00 a side to replace.

Engine always has knocked on start up, check engine light comes on at regular intervals, got so expensive I paid 150.00 for a code reader to keep in the glove box!

General comments?

Despite its problems, I still love the car. The body has held up exceptionally in harsh NW Mich winters.

Mysterious oil leak, not burning it, everything looks tight topside, and bottom, 1 quart a week.

Another afternoon taking care of my lady. I have always taken meticulous care of this high maintenance lady, absolutely the highest maintenance mechanically of any car I've owned, but by far, also the most enjoyed. You grow attached.

Your oil leak is a rear main seal. I had the same problem with my 84. Expensive fix. You have to pull the motor. I just rebuilt mine. I love it now.

Make sure that you check your dip stick, it may have a hole in it.
