Nothing really. I've had to perform 'normal' maintenance such as starter and alternator replacement.
This truck has really impressed me. I've had absolutely no problems and I believe it will be great for years to come. I bought it at a great price and at the time never realized what a bargain I found. Sure it was basic, but practical and I've saved lots of money having a reliable vehicle.
If you're looking for reliability, look for a 4.3L V6 Chevy truck. If you're looking for something flashy with awesome acceleration and speed, this is definitely not the vehicle for you.
I have a 1995 Chevrolet Cheyenne 4.3 liter V6. It has been the best vehicle I have ever owned. Currently, I have 170,000 miles and have only changed the muffler, water pump, battery, and now the alternator. I will have a very difficult time straying away from Chevrolet when I buy my next truck.
