"A stylish practical convertible"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

ABS light has shown.

Auto/power window sealer on the driver's door malfunctions occasionally.

Roof rattles.

Auto start inhibitor does not work (can start in gear).

Plastic rear window is scuffed and scratched.

General comments?

This car is a work of art. The styling is timeless, quite square and aggressive. As far as convertibles go, it is practical yet still a load of fun.

The gear-box is smooth, the motor is powerful enough and it handles very well.

The seats are extremely comfortable and the interior (leather) is quite nice, although later models (E46) look smoother.

Despite being 8 years old it still has the style and feel of a much newer car.

The roof seals perfectly and wind noise is only slightly noticeable at motorway speed limits.

I Agree. I've a 325i convertable 1992 white model and love it lots. And have made it the business, fully lowered,17inch racing alloys, black leather, and so on, sound system amazing.

Need help its over heating at the moment, but only when driving!if I just leave the engine running its fine temp normal in the middle, I've checked the water and have done the bleeding with the air-blower on full, but still the same, but have to check the thermostat

If you can help pls email on

I drive a 1994 model BMW 3.25i;auto transmission, power winder, fitted with most classic electronics systems of my model. this car has been a talk of town in the last few years it's been with me. in fact, a couple of friends have had to purchase theirs as a result of thier admiration of mine.

But now, the problem is that while drive on the express I noticed a sudden spark of light from underneath the dashboard around the driver seat. and before I could think of anything else it had burnt the entire wiring on the driver's side door and even spread to the front passenger's side.however, I'm lucky that is didn't last for long.

But the problem that has defiled solution is this;electrical power still supplies even without my ignition being on. the on-board computer, milege reading, wiper, Ac fan, and a few other facilities still have power supply in them. this is not suppose to be so. i suspect the is a leakage somewhere.I've had to try solving it at the local technician's, but I get angry each time.

Now,how can I get the electrical wiring diagram or manual of my BMW 3.25i ; can someone pls help out!i am on mejo_e@hotmail.com or mejoej@yahoo.com.
