"I want another one"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing, I love this car. If anyone wants to sell the one they have, e-mail me, I'll take it... I had the most fun in this thing, it was like a toy... and it ran strong.

The only problem I had was the clutch went on it, and they would have had to have my car for three days and with 2 kids I needed a car, or I would still have it... my 18 year old son is now looking for one.

That is sad that you let the vehicle go because of a clutch. The maintenance on the Samurai is about as easy as they come! They make a great first vehicle, and many compare them to the old VW bug as a cult vehicle that is cheap, reliable and easy to work on. I must agree, but think they are much better than an old VW.

There is a ton of aftermarket parts for these vehicles, and they can be found winning 4x4 compitions on a regular basis around the world. I love mine, and plan to add to my collection.. Currently have an '86 and a '91 Tracker (sister vehicle).

Check out izook.com for a great start to Suzuki knowledge. They have all kinds of great stuff there.

P.s. I can do a clutch change with basic tools in about 2 hours. The tranny only weighs about 60 lbs.

Yeah that is really too bad that you let that go just because of the clutch. I have a 1990 Suzuki Samurai and I thought my clutch was going on mine, but come to find out it could be fixed by an adjustment.
