"A ripper first car - gutsy and good-lookin!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Air conditioner is stuffed up - still haven't got round to fixing it yet. It used to actually blow air but it wasn't cool air even after being re-gassed, since I had my cd player put in it doesn't blow any air out of main vents (I think the guy who did my cd player disconnected it or broke it).

Yesterday I had some sort of fuse problem. Was listening to my music with the boot open, when I closed the boot everything went quiet. I checked my fuses and found that a couple had blown - replaced them and then the interior lights one kept blowing. It blew about 4 fuses, then this morning I took the face off my CD player, put in another fuse and it didn't blow - not sure what's goin on there!

Leaks a lot of water on passenger side - which means smelly carpet :p.

General comments?

Fantastic engine reliability - my car has never been un-drivable.

Power is fantastic considering it's a straight six automatic (by the way if anyone knows whether or not you can put a manual transmission in, how hard it is and how much it'd cost please drop me a line at akela124@hotmail.com).

I've always loved the look of VL's - it's my long-term dream to get a Walkinshaw kit and set it up like a replica Group A SS.

I've put a 2.5 inch sports exhaust on mine (sounds very sweet and gives it some more guts). Getting extractors next.

I've got a pioneer head unit, with 2 pioneer 6x9 speakers in the back. Still haven't got front speakers so I fade it completely to the back cos the factory speakers suck. I'm gonna have to get the new front speakers soon though cos I just got a 300 watt amp and 2 10-inch subs in a box in my boot, so now I'm getting a fair bit of bass from the back.

Overall this is an absolute beast of a car - I've already had to buy some new tyres for the back cos she spins beautifully (specially for an auto).
