This car is a great car to travel in as it is very comfortable. It has 15" Ford Alloys which add to the looks of the car. Even though it is only a 1.4i it has a good turn of speed if you know how to drive it properly. Handling in my car is very good and I have great fun driving it on the twisty back roads of Ireland. All mod cons help also like sunroof and electric mirrors.
Are you sure it's a 1998 Escort 1.4i ghia. Because I'm pretty sure ford only made 1998 Escort Ghia's in a 1.6 and 1.8. I myself have a 1.8 ghia and got insurance quote's on 1.4, 1.6, and 1.8 ghia/lx/si and none of the insurance companies I tried that give online quotes had 1.4 ghia's listed in their database.
