Lol my bf just bought one and the same day we were on the highway going to the KY state fair and the tire blew out randomly. The radio fades in in and out. And hes already having trouble with the starter.

I'm not sure what you expect of a 16 year old car, but replace the starter, buy new tires, and get an after-market stereo.
