"Strong car and fast"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

My water pump went out at 50,000.

The alternater went.

Nothing else.

General comments?

This car is pretty fast for a 305.

Also for a tbi it has very fast takeoff.

But what sucks is that if seat in the back seats you are going to not enjoy it at all.

Thinking of turbo-charging it to 300hp.

Car has very good looks and good turns.

One day I was going to the store when a Camaro iroc was next to me at the stop sign and showing off his engine, so I showed off my and he wanted to race so we race and I beat him... Don't know how, but I did.

Top speed around 129.9 miles per hour.

Almost every thirdgen is limited to 110mph... trust me I know... visit www.thirdgen.org to verify what I have said..

Hey, Maby They were on a little bit of an incline... Whats the rear End ratio?

Would have to be a very steep and long hill. The rear end ratio isn't the problem. It's a computer govenor that is. It's an automatic cut to the ignition.

But rear end gearing on most TBI's is 273 factory... top speed if the govenor is removed is far higher... but all tbi's are limited to 110mph.
