1989 Dodge Shadow from North America - Comments

"The best mistake I made.."

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The paint is peeling petty bad, but nothing a paint job won't fix!!!

Power steering pump went.

The ball joints, boots, front strut

and rack went within two weeks.

Bumper clips fell off obviously the bumper did two.

Valve cover gasket needs to be done.

Heads are starting to tap away.

If anyone could tell me why the rear defrost, radio and aux. mirrors quit within a whole minute I'd like it

(all fuses are A-O.K.)

Master cylinder is going now.

Oh yes, the fuel pump & water pump went.

General comments?

Even though my car was in bad shape I had the work done with all new Dodge

parts it is my little rocket it hovers awesome.

Who ever owned it before plain and simply didn't care and abused it.

Lots of people have said that this Dodge was a bad deal, but now it is almost restored, it sounds ageless.

That is what happens when you buy a Chrysler product. I wouldn't recommend one to my worst enemy.

Hi! We have a 1989 shadow es turbo, in white, and it is an amazing car. It is in mint condition and the air still works. The gas mileage is reasonable also.
