Not much has gone wrong with the vehicle it was the terrible customer support I received hen I bought it. I was told it had a 120 point check and just had a full service, being cautious I decided to have the car serviced by the Ford dealers and discovered to my surprise that no service had been conducted and the 120 point check was a load of rubbish. After questioning the garage were the car was purchased they told me a load of lies and then argued with me for having my own car serviced!
I enjoy the car and it is fast when it wants to be, I would have another because of the feel of the power and being able to blow all the boy racers of the road and lower end Mercedes and BMW drivers away who tend to always try and race you not knowing what engine is in the ST24, well now I can tell you -
2.5 V6 24 valve over head cam 170 - 180 brake horse power

Comfortable
Drinks petrol
Can be expensive to fix.
St24 has got 205 bhp as standard that's why you blow the boy racers away.
No mate a standard st24 has 168bhp, mr R SHEVELLE

I Have just bought a 1999 ST 24 and it seems a really good buy. It has the full kit. What induction kit would anyone recommend.
