1981 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme from North America - Comments

"A cheap death!"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

The only problems that I have had with this car is the extremely large high compression 350 put out a lot of heat and the car only had a 2 core radiator and would reach 280 degrees in less than 15 minutes. With about a hour worth of work and plasma cutter in hand, the car now sports an extremely large 4 core Jeep radiator.

General comments?

This car is bad to the bone.. extremely up-gradable, very reliable.

This car had been sitting in my field for 8 years! It has such a small amount of rust I was amazed.

After 8 years I put in a battery and poured gas down the carb and it roared to life.

Do you know what the mpg (miles per gallon) of gas is on this car? If so email me at abpermenter2003@yahoo.com.

Wow your car was resurected after eight years.

With little rust that explains why this old 77 cutlass.

Brougham I just got for 200.00 is still so solid after all.

The abuse its previous owner afflicted on it funny how.

Some people don't realize what they have.

They never put a 350 into a 1981 cutlass. 307 was the largest. You must have added the 350 or someone along the way did.
