Factory remote opening of doors a bit intermittent.
Brilliant car, bought in April 1999 with only 17,500 miles on it after 5.5 years. Superb engineering, no rattles or sqeaks. Best compromise if M3 is too expensive. Best handling and most fun car I have EVER had. Definitely a drivers car.
The sound system in early E36 (not sure about later model) BMW's is complete rubbish, so had to spend a bit getting that sorted out, and had another immobiliser fitted. Insurance is a bit high at 17, but who cares. Fuel economy not bad, I have had 34 MPG on a long run. If you own a Vauxhall Calibra, ditch it and get one of these, you will not regret it!!! Next one will be 328 Coupe with M3 body kit!!!!
If you own a 325i ditch it and get a Nissan 200SX (yes, really).
Bless my soul!
Sorry to sound like an echo.
Yeah, but BMW reliable?
I'm going the other way, 200SX to 325. Even though performance is superb in the two hunny, mine was just too unreliable.
When you say at 17, are you aged 17, or is the 325i coupe in insurance group 17???
