"A poor man's sports car"

What things have gone wrong with the car?

Nothing really, so far so good.

General comments?

The second type Delta introduced in 1994 is more reliable as the first type, but a 4wd integrale version was never built.

The 2.0 liter 16v turbo engine has a torque of 293 Nm, this fact makes the delta go like a rocket.

This generated power has to go only through the front wheels so this means a lot of slippery situations.

The alacantra Recaro sportseats are really comfortable seats, you almost would place them in your sitting room!

The turbo engine is a real thirsty lad so beware of your petrol expenses.

The Delta HF is a real sports car that is comparable to a super-GTi and is meant for people that have a low budget, but still like to go fast.

A poor man sport car!?

No poor man can buy it.

No poor man can pay the gas bill.

No poor man can keep it running in good shape.

It's a superb car in a league of its own!

For economical reasons it received a 'smaller' turbo, but it's a lot more comfortable.

It's a fantastic bit of kit, requires love and regular servicing. Yes it can be thirsty.

Fast is the order of the day and if you are a good driver you can play around in the upper league"s!!! Scares them to hell...

Even more fun in the U. K as most don't know what it is!!!

+ all the added extras of 5 seats and hatch back...

Had mine 3 yrs and plan to keep for a long time.

I've had mine 9months and altohugh I love the car so much I have to sell it.. purely because of its thirst and expense to maintain...

I love the fact no one knows what it is, but it doesn't have drink the fuel when commuting...

The sound and power is fantastic and have kept up with Scoobys and such like..

Mine is lowered 40mm and handles like a dream... and its far from uncomfortable..

I'm gonna miss it. : (
