I have not had any problems at all with the vehicle itself.
I did have an issue with the factory installed tires. But, they were covered under warranty.
I am a volunteer firefighter, and as such am somewhat abusive on my vehicle. My Blazer has taken everything I have thrown at it in stride. Whether it be running code to a scene, or using it to reach a remote off road location.
Had to replace front hub bearing kit at 20K. Had a faulty AC delco battery meltdown at 25K. Service engine soon light came on at 37K and needed a new air pump and that's where I'm at today. A 100K extended warranty is a must to purchase for this truck.
